How do the cuff sizes work?
Our bracelets are adjustable and will fit a wide range of sizes. We do, however, offer different sizes so that you won't have a large excess of lace hanging off of your wrist. The bracelet just needs to be big enough to fit over your hand. Typically XS is for ages 6 and under, S is for 12 and under, M is for teens and average sized women, L is for typical man or a large sized hand.
How do I know what the lace and bead colors look like?
What ages are your bracelets for?
Our bracelets are not intended for children under 5 years of age. Children should always be closely supervised when wearing our bracelets.
What is your return policy?
Since the bracelets are custom made, we do not offer returns/refunds. If your bracelet happens to break within the first 3 months after purchase, please send us a picture and we will be happy to mail you a replacement.
What if I want an option that I don't see listed on your website?
Please reach out! We are always happy to work with our customers and see if we can accommodate what you are looking for.
What are the bracelets made out of?
The bracelets are made with acrylic letter and pony beads on waxed polyester lace with a stainless steel sliding closure bead. They are extremely durable and waterproof.

How do your hoodies fit?
Our hoodies are unisex sizing with a relaxed, comfortable fit. If you prefer an oversized look, we recommend sizing up. Please see our Size Guide to find your best fit.
Are your hoodies customizable?
Yes! All of our hoodies can be customized with team colors, school colors, embroidery and other special details. If you don’t see exactly what you’re looking for or have something different in mind, please reach out to us via email. We’d love to help bring your idea to life!
Can you create hoodies for my school, team or organization?
Absolutely! We love working with schools, teams, dance studios, clubs and organizations. We can create a custom design specifically for your group.
Do you offer bulk or team orders?
Yes. Contact us for larger team, school or organization orders and we’ll work with you on options and pricing.
How long will my order take?
Because our pieces are customized, turnaround times can vary. Please expect at least two weeks. If you need it sooner, please reach out for rush delivery. Extra fees do apply.
How should I wash my hoodie?
We recommend washing inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle and air drying or tumble drying on low to help protect the custom details.
Can I return a customized hoodie?
Because custom pieces are made specifically for you, they are generally final sale.
Do you give back with purchases?
Yes. Giving back is an important part of PS I Love You 9821. A portion of select sales supports cancer care and research and other causes and organizations we partner with.
